63- Statement to Woodstock Town Board: March 9, 2010

In this "public be heard" message, which runs just over two minutes, I informed the Woodstock Town Board that the Planning Board has ignored the conflicting statements in the DEIS over the width of Playhouse Lane, and that this, with other related errors in the DEIS, will result in high expenses to the town to prepare Playhous Lane to accommodate the traffic generated by Woodstock Commons residents. In the end, the town will have to spend money on widening Playhouse Lane, and this will be subject to permissive referendum, so the town will, eventually, get to vote on the project.
