Last night, March 4, the Woodstock Planning Board voted unanimously, all members in attendance (except for the RUPCO-recused member, Peter Cross,) to accept the Final Environmental Impact Statement submitted by RUPCO, for Woodstock Commons.
I will post a lot of information in the coming hours and days, about this meeting, and about the FEIS, and the myriad problems this acceptance has created. Problems for the town, problems for the planning board, problems for a select group of local merchants, and problems for RUPCO.
